Hi E_K_S,

I love German and Italian food.

Do you eat Sauerkraut? I make a lot of it every year. It is so much better than store bought.

If you do,send me a mailing address and you can treat the family on a get together.

We love it on Brats and with a pork loin in a slow cooker or instant pot.
I've just added a new stock: PUMP. They are a recent start up that was 10% funded by Pioneer Natural Resources (XOM just acquired them). XOM transferred 16 million plus shares after the merger.

They also signed a 3 year agreement to use three fracing crews with a potential 4th. They also did 100% of Pioneers fracing and are a big subcontractor with Devon.

They are a turnaround story as they now have completed a conversion of their fracing fleet to electric power vs diesel power (reducing drillings carbon footprint). It took a lot of money to do and have since returned to a first profitable quarter in Q2 2024.

They also do seismic and cementing in wells. Just last week they acquired Liquid Sand, an innovative supplier of sand used as a proppant as the fracing is done.

They seem to be very innovative and ahead of the game in reducing carbon footprints and reducing GHG.

I have been selling December $7.50 puts (55 and 60 cents) and have bought 1500 shares last week. 12 month low is $6.99. With the put premium and hopefully a $7.50 assignment, I'll have an adjusted cost @ $7.13ish.

If XOM has kept all of Pioneer's shares from the IPO (which they have), it's good enough for my money too!

I'd love to have your view!

Let me know about the kraut.

Bob
