Ghunk, thank-you for your comments and your question. We especially thank-you for granting us a honeymoon period to conduct our business. Perhaps a review will be in order 3 months from now? This is acceptable.

With respect to your question, we will NOT limit our activities to discussions regarding material changes. We fully understand that dialogue exchange on smaller yet important details is necessary. Where the balancing act comes in to play is where one gets involved in a myriad of small discussions involving repetition or frivolous matters. There is no formula here except to say that matters of substance and thought provocation are always welcome. The rest will have to be handled as they come.
