this might be a good reason to talk to the companies you invest in... posted at 5pm , how convenient, how many investors in this stock will be blindsided tomorrow...imo i think it is important to know how company is obtaining acquisitions. and when the shares are convertible,netz is worth more to me with a 5m float than 20m or 40m. also, i would like to see the reference*address* where you saw that softbank was purchased for 5m, if not too much trouble, i was told by the company the entire deal was a paper swap.not trying to start an uproar, i have conflicting information as opposed to yours and would like to know, not trying to scare anyone either, just trying to make a point that i think contact with company should be part of dd. this is my opinion, nothing more
