I just had some visitors drop by the museum - they sailed
from Victoria BC to Haida Gwaii in their 60' sailboat. (I was
impressed).
Anyway, they were a couple in their early seventies and
their daughter and were from Seattle. The daughter
however, didn't like the weather in Seattle so moved to
Arizona and then about 15 years ago, to Mexico.

I asked what part of Mexico she was in and she said Sonora.
San Carlos, Sonora.

I guess I was speechless for a moment cause she said, that's
okay - nobody knows were it is. And I said, I've been there.
Then she was speechless. :)

Memories of Dusty and Kathleen and h-man's and my trip to
San Carlos washed over me.

It was a surreal moment. Can't decide how it made me feel.
