Juli, Thanks for your considerate words. I know I'm beating a dead horse here but they had about 6 months to put the companies together. That should have been final on Nov. 1, 1997. Since then they've had 3 1/2 months to get their act together. I'm going to drop this point because there are two camps here.... 1. those willing to wait for some kind of financial news and action on the items in question (your basic "I trust the management, let 'em work") 2. the rest of us I thought there was some reporting form due by now, unless there's an extension (mentioned in a previous post)? If it's been extended I would like to be advised by the company of this event somehow. You're very kind in your choice of the word "frustration", actually I'm disgusted. Thanks for your posts. JR
