Interesting that the Alexander Mercouris website is based in Cyprus. There was a recent segment on Cyprus on the “60 Minutes” tv program. Apparently Cyprus is a place where it is easy but expensive to get (buy) citizenship and from there a newly minted citizenship allows access to the rest of Europe and beyond. A lot of wealthy Russians live there, many in new luxury condominium apartment towers. Could Putin henchmen and oligarchs be among them?
