CSSE appears to be at significant risk of delisting, given its current market capitalization of just $9.4 million. The company has reported an EPS loss of $20.00, continuing a prolonged period of financial losses. Additionally, CSSE has a $21 million note (CSSEN) due on July 31, 2025, which is currently trading at $3.40. The company's liabilities are twice its assets, and the latest financial statements indicate a cash balance of $0. Unless there's a miracle I'm not seeing how this ever resumes paying a dividend, and higher chance of bankruptcy.
