Brettster as far as for press releases the 50 million might as well not exist....I base the probability that the shares are in the float because of the trading habits early last spring...The one glimmer of hope is the fact that if I buy the same amount of shares now as I did last spring when I thought the shares were already in the float...it does not behave the same way....Which would lead me to think this way... The 50 million were unloaded into the float early spring of 1997...people like me and others were able to put MARKET orders to buy MILLION AFTER MILLION of shares and get them all at the same price and the share price would not be phased one bit.... Now if you try that you are going to be unpleasantly surprised when you get the bill for your shares....The difference I believe is the possibility that there was strong and endless supply being brought into the market in the spring and now it is all in the float...But now it is in the hands of investors in the form of certificates and or in the hands of determined shareholders.... You are lucky to be able to buy 50,000 shares in one order now, without an uptick on the share price....That is the good part...The bad part is a lot of those shares were bought at a much higher price than what the share is worth today....SO the shareholders are discouraged and frustrated and will sell at the drop of a hat if the price gets anywhere near break even.. Which I can't blame someone for doing but it will be the biggest stumbling block to the dime range again....I think would good positive news in continuance form we will see 10 cents again even if the 50 million are not resolved......Jim
