Stock split? Looks like it's on the horizon.

DIS is a great core holding, that cannot be denied. Buffett said the worst mistake he ever made was selling DIS in the late 1960's. He'd be a really wealthy man today if he hadn't.<VBG> Well, at least he's on board now.

Today it was announced that Disney delayed Disney Magic Cruise for three months, apparently the Italian shipbuilder is causing the delays. I'm sure many will be disappointed, but it's best that Disney wait and deliver its usual excellence.

ESPN is doing great and Disney plans to expand that dominant brand - the new ESPN magazine should launch very well against tired old Sports Illustrated - grandpa's sports venue. Brands such as ESPN become increasingly valuable in a cluttered field.

Given Disney's increasingly bright future, I'd doubt you would consider selling.

Btw, I remember from undergrad days learning that most who become psychologists and psychiatrists do so because they have mental problems that they wish to resolve.

The earlier experience on this thread certainly seems to confirm that some never do. I'm sure that the reality of Disney's performance cannot have helped - heck, even normal people get bummed when they place a really lousy bet.
