Arthur, Events are real...not alleged. The events were criminal. No one, no where, needs a court to prove this. Salting core is a criminal act.

It is "alleged" by many that John Felderhof is guilty either directly or indirectly of participating in the salt job.

Therefore Felderhof is only an "alleged" criminal. The events themselves are real, and they were criminal.
