Hi E_K_S, I saw a 100,000 block go through on 6/17/24, ALL at $6.35. There have been block trades last week at 6.30 and 6.31. I'm thinking that may be where the board wants to nibble? This mornign there was a bid size of 3800 at 6.30. Another 3 million shares bought back and the 32.07 million will be reduced by 10 % plus. Approved funding would buy back half of that approx 1,320,754. 3,000,000 x .1452 = 435600 in reduced dividend savings ( 435600/29,000,000 = .015/share in net income increase. We could be seeing a dividend increase to 4 cents per quarter with revenue staying flat. I really like these folks. They are conservative! I added 2500 shares this month too. I finished canning my sauerkraut last weekend. That hot pepper sounds great. I've had two complete plantings of squash and pumpkins eaten by a rogue ground hog. I'm going to replant a third time and put a fence around the hills I plant them in. After that, I'm going on a safari to my lower garden with my 2.70 rifle. Don't really want to kill anything unless I eat it. They say ground hog tastes a lot like Fajitas. LOL I'll advise of shipping date. Bob
