<<Three years ago, TXB was $1 3/8, today is $7. >>

Roughly one year ago, some investors paid about 7 a share. Today the stock is under 7 a share.

Roughly 2 years ago, some investors paid about 6.5 a share. Today the stock is under 7 a share.

Depends where you take your data points...doesn't it?

Fact of the matter is that most small investors did not buy in at the bottom. The real cheap shares were in the hands of stock promoters and paid shills.

There is nothing wrong with biotechs selling equity or technology. However, TXB has spent more time and effort on stock machinations than developing its products. Compare R&D expenses to the money raised in all the offerings.

Even though TXB is not a complete fraud like Zonagen...they are kissing cousins - too close for comfort.

I stand by my short recommendation.
