As stated on the Yahoo! message board "FSCX is probably covered for this kind of judgment, will have little effect on bottom line." Of course FSCX may never have to pay the actual award amount as the verdict is appealed or settled out of court.

I find it very comforting that the announcement had very little affect on the stock price.
