Arthur- guess it's a common tactic by insiders. This is a good thread. By the way I have started a thread for very active OTC stocks so we can have a central place for BB issues. There is no place on the web which lists these in any order that I have found. Just type in active OTC stocks and you can follow all the do's and don'ts in action
