If there is anyone who is demonstrably less competent and less popular than Brandon, it's Harris.

She rates somewhere between toenail fungus and gangrene.

Has been given a series of small assignments (including border czar), and has failed each of them, miserably.

Her staff turnover is epic. She can't work with people, and vice-versa.

Her daily calendar is empty every day, for days on end.

And the nervous laughter, about everything!

People still prefer Brandon over Harris.
