It has to be intentional ie part of the plan to get rid of SloJoe. If they wanted to keep him they wouldnt have the debate. The Dems are criminals but they aint stupid. They wanted SloJoe in there for one term so they could implement and finalize the destruction of America. Thats is now pretty much complete. They will need someone with a brain to move forward.
