1999 in the seventh month, July, is interesting isn't it? This quatrain is unique in that it gives an exact date! I haven't completed that part of the study. However, it does say in the book that war has been under way by this time.

Did you catch Clinton's speech at the Penatagon the other day? He said in part, the reason for an invasion at this time was due to Sadam's non-compliance with the UN Resolutions implemented after the Gulf War in 1991. According to which he had 15 days to submit to the UN his arsenal. I'm wondering why it took 7 years to enforce this? There must be something bigger that we are not privy to. Maybe Sadam has the bomb? Odd also that Khadafi has been silent, at least to my knowledge.

In the last Gulf War I found it interesting that Bush referred to Sadam as "worse than Adolf Hitler", whom according to Nosty predictions was the second AntiChrist after Napolean. Maybe Geo Bush feels it is Clinton's destiny?
