They can make up an excuse for health reasons. But who will they nominate? Someone more radical than Biden? Harris will get less votes than Biden. Newsome and Whitmer are more radical than Biden and will turn off a lot of centrists in the Democratic Party. As it stands now, 1/3 of the Democrats in the House are anti-Semites and terrorists. If they replace Biden and nominate someone further to the Left, you'll have absolute chaos in the DNC Michelle Obama will make the race closer, but still lose. Hillary will definitely lose, by a much bigger margin than before. Josh Shapiro? He is a moderate.
