Biden wont be the nominee Yes, he will be. Unless.. 1) He croaks first.. or 2) He withdraws, which is unlikely because he thinks there's nothing wrong with his abilities, and he has a sufficient number of delegate votes locked up to ensure his nomination. Self awareness disappears as dementia progresses.. The Dems can't kick him out unless he's willing to go..
