Since the thread is dead, I will add my two cents (sense). AMD seems to be in a very precarious position. Using transaction independant analyst's estimates for sales, depreciation, etc. for three years and discounting cash flows back to present value, AMD is currently worth $8.17. Under an optimistic scenario, its intrinsic share price is still only worth $12.50, that is 34.60% below yesterday's closing price. AMD, in my opinion is quite overvalued on a risk adjusted basis.
