This explains clearly to me that radiative forcing is a total false theory of matter cooling by black body radiation. The equation only applies to matter in a complete vacuum. The Earth has an atmosphere. This vid with some of my own notes makes it obvious to me.

From it I cannot see how anyone would still believe CO2 has any global warming effect.
