If the Biden Administration had any negotiating skills to begin with, the war between Ukraine and Russia never would have started.

All the Biden Administration had to do was assure Putin that it had no intention of allowing Ukraine to join NATO and the war never would have started.

As it stands now, USA backed Ukraine is losing the war as Russia is controlling more Ukraine territory than when the war began.

The fact of the matter is that the Biden Administration played war monger and is now paying the price ; that is to say, it is losing the war.
