Hey, the debate was over whether there was any immunity at all. You said no, I said yes. You were wrong, now you want to move the goalpost and focus on the grey area. That's fine. But be a man and admit your dismissive posts about the very possibility of immunity were WRONG WRONG WRONG. (And ignorant.)

As for Trump, he will have to go back to the lower court to defend his actions as official acts. I think he can make a case for enforcing election integrity, but some of his actions (like organizing alternative slates of electors) probably fall outside his official duties. Did he break a law doing that? I have no idea.
