Bill,
The checks and balances are congress and the judiciary, as it always has been.
The Supreme Court just gave Trump carte blanche to do WTF he wants under the guise of "official acts."

Project 2025 lays out a plan where Trump replaces everyone in the executive branch with loyalists.

You guys are salivating over what you can accomplish once both the House and the Senate are back in the hands of the Republicans.

And you're justifying everything with the notion that the Dems did it first.

Tell me again how that checks and balance thingy works in your mind.
