Lots of things happening in NC thanks to the Biden admin--this isn't a very good article, way too repetitive, probably because it is PR written by Dept of Transportation rather than an actual news article written by a journalist, but it gets the message across anyway. Getting out the vote in places like Raleigh and Winston and Greensboro and Durham with their heavy Democratic concentrations will be extremely important if Biden is to win NC which would offset his probable loss in GA.

WASHINGTON – This week, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg joined Governor Roy Cooper in North Carolina, where they visited active construction sites and groundbreakings for critical infrastructure projects that were made possible by President Biden’s Investing in America Agenda, and met with local leaders, union representatives, workers, and small business owners.

The trip marked the beginning of the Secretary’s summer of construction tour where he is visiting new and ongoing infrastructure projects across the country.
