Insurance for the jury award? You've got to be kidding! There is no insurance for such an event. If there were, why would any corporation ever worry about getting sued? The appeal may take some time to be heard. And by then, FSCX should have the funds to pay it. In the mean time, look for continued strength from the Alcatel orders and the very real possibility that Madsen has turned this company around. By the way, regarding the new thread. If you guys can figure out why it won't come up when I search for the FSCX threads, I will be happy to give up this thread and post there. Good Luck to All. R..
