Yes, it can happen. By that I mean it would break no rule for the B wave of a flat. That does not mean I expect that. We will see. In the meantime, caution is warranted. It is important to pay attention to the short term count for clues. As you probably know a top cannot happen except at proper times. At those times be alert. I think once the top is in the drop will be dramatic.
