It would be better for the stock market if Biden hung in there because he is a known quantity. Plus, his legacy would not take as great of a hit if he hung in there and lost in a landslide. Clearly, the DNC is pressuring Biden to not seek a second term while being upbeat publicly. The decision will ultimately be made by Jill Biden, Dr. Jill.
