Ed, I paid over 100 times for my first shares of WACC compared to your purchase price. It was hyped to be in the mid teens (dollars not cents) by this time. It appears that the project will be starting construction with possession of the property in July. If everything goes well this could be the best investment you ever made, if everything goes not well it could be the worst investment I ever made. The truth is probably somewhere in between. The good news is they are still out there trying. JOE
