When I hear object-oriented I think client server C++, whatever. They just purchased the fasted Mainframe available by IBM, G (something). This is all part of their Genesis project to consolidate hardware/software platforms. This will reduce dramatically the maintanence cost of the various vendors they have in house. Their business is driven by Hp9000's, Sun enterprise servers, and Tandem Mainframes today.
