it seems the conversion price should be in the 8 neighborhood. I hope so, but I'd like to see this confirmed by fact. Given ANCR's volatile history, I wouldn't be surprised if the price formula amounted to a large-ish discount relative to the 8 level. Thanks to all those passing on clips from the conference call - we're all ears! 6 minutes to market open... - nic
