Last election they were taking ballots in a park in Madison. This time around, people will be watching and I believe Trump will win Wisconsin. Madison & Milwaukee are really the only cities that vote heavily Democrat but I think many Biden voters will stay home. It's early so we shall see.

Biden should have come to Madison Memorial but he would have received a tepid reception. So, he decided to visit Sherman Middle School where he could rally his base - that being a dumpy area of town where tax supported section 8 housing is located and food stamps are a way of life.
