OK, I'll bite, sucker for lost causes that I am. I see a lot of chatter on KMI with its chances for about 5% appreciation. A better choice, IMO is TYG : much better yield, better diversified, deeply discounted now, no K-1 hassles at tax time, and strongly appreciating NAV. I also recently bought an opening position in BANX: 10% yield, 12% discount and slowly climbing NAV.
