Looks like you did not read the entire information about total volcanic activity on the planet at USGS that I posted: All studies to date of global volcanic carbon dioxide emissions indicate that present-day subaerial and submarine volcanoes release less than a percent of the carbon dioxide released currently by human activities I'll repeat the posting: usgs.gov And by the way... There is not enough plant life on the planet to take up the excess CO2 released by humans.
