Trump clarified it as a one time thing right after he said it.
It shouldn't even be a "one-time thing."

Assume that Brandon assumed the powers of a dictator for just one day for whatever reason whatsoever.

Maybe he wants to unilaterally give every illegal immigrant (sorry, "undocumented migrant") anmestia.

There is no way to spin Trump's words that won't end up flying back in your own face.
