He wants to reverse Biden's 94 executive orders opening the borders that werent dictatorial?
Not only does he want to reverse them, but he wants to go even further.

Moreover, no dictator voluntarily gives up powers that he arbitrarily granted to himself.

As soon as his agenda gets reversed by Congress or by the courts, he will declare himself "dictator for a day" over and over again. Ends justify the means.
