Then you clearly understand how disingenuous it is to use 1/3 of the remark.
Wrong. There is nothing in the other 2/3 of that remark that makes the first 1/3 OK.

No one in America should ever be "dicktator for a day," except in a time of war.

And even then, said "dicktator's" powers ought to be limited by the other two branches of government, not by whatever the fuck he feels like.
