Of course and reinstate his executive orders that closed the border that Biden reversed.
Trump's rationale behind "dicktator for a day" is that he can use "executive orders" to pretty much do whatever the fuck he wants. The law be damned, Congress be damned, the courts be damned, etc.

He wants to act unilaterally. He won't work to build a coalition. He won't work within the confines of separation of powers.

Ends justify the means.
