The upside breakout from the 3.5 month alarming and potentially devastating megaphone pattern (see below) on June 12th triggered that statement. The megaphone breakout target for reversal is 5797, which is about 30 points higher than E-wave would allow this B wave to go. The long-awaited C wave that even Bullkowski is talking about proceeds from there... and should take the index into the abyss, with 4560 points of downside potential. Twelve fitty, anyone?
