I tried USA for years as leverage on silver but it was so poorly run my attempts did not bear fruit. Maybe things are better there now. IMO a better poorly run company -- actually mostly doing a little better the last few years -- for leverage to silver is IPT. Check out their long term chart to see how IPT runs when silver does. LC
