Where is this "trump is out for revenge" stuff coming from?
a) His own words. He wants to punish people like Liz Cheney on national TV:

Trump amplifies posts calling for televised military tribunal for Liz Cheney (CNN)

"But but he's just joking. He wasn't being serious."

"But but he didn't post that. He just retr00thed it."

b) Project 2025, something written by the Heritage Foundation which Trump is disavowing (kind of), but it becoming a lightning rod for left-wing outrage.
