Those who weren't here in the 1920's, and that includes just about everyone here, may enjoy the next roaring 20's right now, we'll see if that really happens, it's just a hope right now... What I see is that the Russell is about ready to take off... The small caps have been under tremendous pressure from bai dung's lunatic policies of regulations and restrictions, this has killed a lot of small businesses and a lot of small cap bankruptcies... With the hopeful anticipation of Donald's return, the small caps will very likely enjoy a big reduction in regulations and restrictions, this should surely make the Russell come alive soon enough... The DOW isn't doing badly with new all time highs right now, it's slow and steady as she goes for the DOW... GZ
