For me, it's not a vindictive desire to have Biden step down. I want him to step down because I don't have faith that he can carry out his duties as POTUS. That leaves us with Kamala which doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. The other thing is that Biden stepping down gives the dems a chance to regroup and revitalize their base which could / will probably make it a tougher race for Trump. I think there are many GOP'ers on this thread that would echo my sentiments and agree with what I said above. If the belief is true (and I think it is) that means that all we "terrible GOP'ers" are putting county above party.
