Send an e-mail to one of the law firms and indicate
you fall within the class as they describe it in
their notice. The firm will send you a complete
information packet. There is nothing to lose by
taking this step. If after review you do not want
to join as a plaintiff, so be it.

I would suggest that one should be as well informed
as possible before making that decision. Put as
much effort into the law suit as you do before
buying a particular stock.
