I missed those small fonts...and I was truly looking over the entire filing...but I looked at this filing several days ago... before the 18th and the data was still the same...so perhaps the update date simply means that the database is uploading the same filing every day...and reporting it updated in the bottom of the filing...and maybe nothing has changed? Who knows. Bottom line, you could be right...I was simply posting a date in this filing that seemed inconsisent with Sanda's purchase. As for Sanda's purchase, it hasn't happened yet. I called DBCO IR and the Sanda deal has not CLOSED. Duncan
