Someone asked specifically about Sequent, and whether there was any chance that Ancor could reclaim Sequent with the MKII.

Cal's answer was to the effect that the MKII had been re-architected to work around the original problem. (Which really didn't originate with Ancor's switch anyway.) He also said that there were no interoperability problems now, and that Sequent had been interested in some of their previous high port count products. (I think that was how he worded it.) He also said that he couldn't say any more due to NDA.

You could be right that they are still under NDA from the old contract, but if the old contract was cancelled, and there was no longer any relationship, wouldn't the NDA have been cancelled too?
