Chris, it's really not about the stock performance which most of us could see coming; it's about these persistent rumors created by the company and passed on through IR as official news. You have claimed that you are simply passing through information and we have to take your word for that, I have no reason to doubt that you are as much a victim as those who swallowed the information you posted here (e.g., big players from Wall Street moving into the stock, the imminent AMEX listing and the vague indications that earnings would be reasonable). I reported this information to Lerach (just so you know) and indicated that you may have information about this but that you're clearly a victim of the misinformation campaign as well as being the vehicle for dissemination -- and you have been more than forthcoming about that, thank you. That's the way you need to handle these issues, not by sniping at one-another, but by taking effective and appropriate action. With so much noise, it's difficult to resolve information.
