From Bloomberg: "The accountant cited allegations of misconduct involving senior members of management with roles overlooking financial reporting." Filings? Delayed Outside auditor? Gone with the wind SEC? Not happy Short squeeze? Sure, it's possible, but unless a new outside auditor can whiteout that pesky "going concern" warning, the red flags are just too red for my blood.
