One way or another, the small caps are going much higher... We just witnesses a two day upside breakout due to the anticipation of a significant reduction in federal regulations on small business when Donald takes over... So, maybe near term we could see some kind of quick pull back, but longer term the Russell is going to travel higher in a big way... GZ
