Zeev, I've already read that paragraph many times. The language is unclear. I took it to mean that the 1 share of preferred is converted to 1 share of common. You interpret it as $10 of preferred is convertible to $10 of common. You are probably right, but I am still not entirely convinced one way or the other right now. If you are right, it's definitely a potentially suck-ass deal for common shareholders. In the mean time, I will try to confirm what this means with some one else... S
